Our Core Services
RIFT Construction for Social Impact
Why It Matters
Supporting people and businesses to build skills, careers, and social impact
From October 2025, all government contracts will require a minimum 10% weighting on Social Value. Contractors must demonstrate specific, measurable outcomes aligned with TOMs and the Social Value Model (PPN 002).
Guaranteeing placements and jobs can be challenging in construction, so firms need scalable, auditable, and low-risk ways to deliver genuine impact.
That’s exactly what the RIFT Social Value Membership for Construction provides.
