At RIFT Social Enterprise, we believe everyone deserves the chance to build their own way forward. Too many people in the UK are held back from opportunities because of barriers like long-term unemployment, leaving care, living in supported housing, or having a conviction.
We exist to change that by making business start-up support in the UK accessible, practical, and tailored to real lives.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to help people who have been overlooked or underestimated turn their potential into opportunity. We deliver specialist start-up support, training, and one-to-one guidance so people can launch businesses, build confidence, and take control of their futures.
Through accredited workbooks, digital tools, and trusted partnerships with housing associations, probation services, colleges, and the DWP Restart Scheme, we make sure self-employment is a real and sustainable option.
