Our RIFT Bitesize Support programme offers focused, one-to-one guidance for anyone ready to explore a specific area of self-employment. Over six weeks, participants gain confidence, practical skills, and the know-how to take real steps toward building a sustainable business.
Each person works with a dedicated Business Start-Up Advisor, receiving three hours of tailored support through short, focused sessions every two weeks, alongside access to e-learning modules and live webinars.

Bitesize sits between Step 1: Diagnostic Route, where participants explore their self-employment potential, and Step 3: Full Journey Model, which provides in-depth, ongoing support to help participants start and grow a sustainable business.
It’s ideal for people who want focused, hands-on support before committing to a longer-term programme. Bitesize can also be taken as a standalone offer, giving participants the flexibility to engage at their own pace, with no pressure to move through other steps.
