Whether you’re supporting learners in custody, on employability programmes, or in the community, our resources build confidence, knowledge, and real-world skills.

Your step-by-step guide to becoming your own boss

Developed with participants, this workbook walks learners through every stage of self-employment, from exploring an idea to launching a business. It’s certified by the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (IOEE), giving completers CPD points and access to IOEE membership.

Our Construction Workbook is a hands-on, accessible guide to getting started in one of the UK’s most in-demand sectors. Created with people new to construction, it breaks down how the industry works and helps learners explore both PAYE and self-employment routes.

It gives people the knowledge and confidence to take their next step, whether that’s gaining qualifications, starting work, or launching a construction business.

Created with women, for women

Through our Women into Self-Employment (WISE) project, we developed a 54-page workbook designed specifically for women with lived experience of the criminal justice system.
Co-created with women in prison, it offers a safe, empowering space to explore business ideas, rebuild confidence, and plan for the future.

It mirrors the same accredited content as our generic workbook but brings a gender-responsive approach shaped by women’s real experiences and needs.
