At our core, RIFT Social Enterprise exists to empower some of society’s most marginalised people; supporting them to develop independence and financial security through self-employment. 

As a not-for-profit organisation, we care about the reinvestment of the money we make. How? The money we make goes back into bettering and widening our support offer, which ultimately allows us to extend our reach to support more people, and to better serve those we work with to fulfil their potential, creating long-term success in their self-employment journey.

Our ethos is, that the only thing that should stand in the way of someone’s future is their own desire to succeed.
